Coordinator of Human Capital area in Center for Knowledge Systems. She has participated in the design, management and implementation of various projects with a focus on Value-Based Systems of Knowledge. Some of this projects include Grupo Financiero Banorte, EDS of Mexico, PROLEC, TV Azteca, PEMEX (RMSO), VITRO, GAMESA, Council of Normalization and Certification of Labor Competence (CONOCER), Volkswagen, CEMEX.

Her teaching experience has been focused on the area of Knowledge Management at postgraduate level as a professor researcher in Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has also participated in the design of learning courses, workshops and specialized modules on Knowledge Management and Human Capital taught in specialized courses.

Since 1997 she works at the Center for Knowledge Systems of ITESM, Monterrey Campus, as a professor and researcher. Coordinates the center's academic offerings for undergraduate and Master degree courses in the areas of Research Methodology and Knowledge Management.

She has engaged in consulting, project development and facilitation of workshops on behalf of socio-technical processes and solutions for managing knowledge in Mexico and Venezuela. She also has taught courses and advised projects at the Master's theses on topics related to the Knowledge Management. At professional level she has also taught courses related to knowledge management, human capital development, knowledge management tools, and business strategy.

Her main areas of interest are currently the analysis, representation, and design of knowledge systems as social systems with the aid of social network analysis.

Is founder and director of the Center for Knowledge Systems of Tecnológico de Monterrey since 1992, having executed nearly 100 contracts in Mexico and other countries. In 2005 published the book Knowledge Cites under the seal Elsevier and is Editor of Knowledge Based Development for the Journal of Knowledge Management and the specialized sites KMetaSite and Knowledge Cities, as well as a member of the editorial board of several journals. He is President of the World Capital Institute, the Latin American Community for Knowledge Systems, and the National Commission for Administration of the knowledge of besides ADIAT being a member of the Board of Directors of it, and is a founding member of the Club of Paris and New Ambassador for The Americas thereof. International Counselor of IADE (Autonomous University of Madrid), Ph.D. in Knowledge Management at the University of Paris-Sud and Ph.D. in Management Knowledge of the U. of Sheffield. He chairs the Council of MAKCI Awards (Most Admire Knowledge City) and the bi-annual World Summit of Knowledge Cities. Is listed in Who's Who in The World, Who's Who in Global Banking and Finance, and the special edition 2000 of Barons 500.

It is Research Professor and provides the materials of "Systems and Knowledge Bases", "Development of E-business" and "Information Technology for Knowledge Management" Participates in the Research Chair "Technology Knowledge and Distributed Intelligence Agents" and is an adviser in thesis on the use of Intelligent Agents in Knowledge Management initiatives.

Coordinator of Relational Capital and Communication and Image at the Center for Knowledge Systems (CKS) of Tecnológico de Monterrey. As Coordinator of Relational Capital has developed the Metacommunity for Knowledge Systems and is currently in charge of the Technical Secretariat of the Latin American Community for Knowledge Systems (CISC), also participated in the design of the CKS's Relational Capital and Business Intelligence System. As coordinator of Communication and Image has developed the CKS image and its electronic presence, is also responsible for the materials of the draft Consulting. She has coordinated projects KMetaSite, Consortium for Knowledge Management and Study of Knowledge Management in Mexico. It also coordinates the external learning offer of the CKS.

Coordinator of the Instrumental Capital Area of the Center for Knowledge Systems (CKS), developing the model of Knowledge Management (KM) applied in consulting projects and curriculum of the Specialty in Knowledge Management in the MBA in Information Technology, the Diploma in Knowledge Management and other educational products on KM. Currently, develops and coordinates the Laboratory for Visualization and Virtual Reality at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, CIAP.
He has participated as an instructor of various degrees, seminars and conferences on KM, Virtual Reality, Multimedia Systems, Distributed Learning, Planning and Administration, Networking Business, Electronic Systems Design and Manufacture of Printed Circuits.
Has been collaborating with various Research Institutes and Departments of Tecnológico de Monterrey, Monterrey Campus, as the Artificial Intelligence Center, the Center for Research in Computer Science, the Center for Electronics and Communications, and Computer Center (Information Technology Division) , Participating in its areas of consulting, research, technological development and products.
He has participated as Professor of Bachelor and Master's courses in the Departments of Education: Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Knowledge Systems, Basic Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.
